Very effective and useful application for exercise its very cool and health care app!
Ive tried many apps but didnt get any any of them useful! Its work great and awesome planning and described. Thanks a lot
Its very easy and also addicting its helping me to lose weight, strengthen my legs and also have a nice butt. I really enjoyed it and suggested it to my friends

Some bad moments

I could not download the free version so I paid .99 for this app. I have only been using this for about a week. It seems easy to follow and I like that each exercise is demonstrated individually. I wish there were some sounds or music with the exercise routine. Also, while doing the floor exercises, it only works one side...so perhaps the routine should be done twice? Not sure, but when the video is done, I do the floor exercises for the other side. Too early to tell but I hope to achieve some results with these exercises!
